1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items on sale with discounts greater than 50%
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely with the RA number visible on the package
- Ship to the address provided by customer service
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
- Refund typically appears within 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was incorrect
- The item was damaged during original shipping
- The item has a manufacturing defect
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Indicate the desired replacement item in your return request
- If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the replacement item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping and send a replacement
